It's a Tri-Tip kinda night!

Are you drooling yet?? We grilled a Santa Maria Tri-Tip tonight for dinner and it was delish! I was super excited for us to try out our new Wüsthof 10-Piece Steak Knife and Carving Set!

My personal review:

These knives are simply stunning! We tested them out tonight on a tri-tip that Jason grilled. The carving knife cut through the meat like butter. I personally don't care for big and bulky steak knives that feel like you're holding a tree trunk in your hand! These sleek knives fit so nicely in my hand.

Gordon Ramsey has been seen using these knives so that MUST mean they are pretty awesome!

Notes: I would recommend always handwashing this set. When you touch the knives or fork, it does leave a finger print, however, it buffs out super easy with a dish towel or paper towel.

And lastly...can we talk about my awesome cutting board?!?! I don't know if you can truly appreciate the size of this thing! It is a 12x18 heavy duty cutting board! I didn't realize how much I would love such a big cutting board, but I use it for everything!

I love that it is easy on my new knives. I don't have to worry about it dulling the blades, and it is thick enough so that the knives don't cut through the board. Its non absorbent and non porous so you won't have to worry about cutting up fruit on the board and it tasting and smelling like last night's tri-tip.
