For my birthday this year, Logan and Brella gave me this Nutribullet. I also have this Ninja blender that I got from my parents and I love it for making soups, smoothies for more than just one person, salsa, etc. but I really wanted a Nutribullet too! I'm extra like that!

I mainly wanted this nutribullet because my kids love making smoothies, milk shakes and blended coffee drinks. For some reason, it drives me nuts to have them take out the big Ninja blender just to make one drink! It drives me bonkers! I know...I know...I need to chill out, there are bigger issues in life! lol

With this smaller, individual sized blender, there is less mess to clean up for just one drink. Riley was the first to try out the blender. He's been trying to do better about eating healthy and exercising more. He was craving something sweet and decided to make a smoothie!

I have a REALLY bad habit of just throwing things together, so this recipe is going to be a GUESS of exactly how we made the smoothie. I rarely ever follow a recipe at all!

We added blueberries, frozen, sliced peaches, a splash of half and half and low fat greek yogurt. How much of each??? Oh, just a handful or two of blueberries, a baggie full of chopped peaches and I guess a tablespoon or two of greek yogurt. (I told you!!) Once we started blending up the mixture, it was a little too thick...that's when we threw in the splash (how much is a splash? Idk...maybe 2 glugs) of half and half.

It came out pretty tasty! Riley was quite pleased with the taste and Mom was VERY pleased with the easy cleanup!!!

Pros:

* Small and compact

* Fairly quiet while blending

* Very Easy to clean up after use

* The cups are interchangeable - if you have a different Nutribullet

* It is dishwasher safe, however, I won't be putting mine in the dishwasher.

Cons:

(I don't personally have any yet, because we've only used it once so far, however I have read the following)

* Tends to leak at the seal. I've read this could be from putting the cup in the dishwasher and it melting or warping the cup from the heat.

* Doesn't crush ice very well. We put frozen peaches in the blender and it did great! It is just recommended that you don't put ice in alone. Always add some sort of liquid.

Hopefully my review helps you to feel confident in purchasing this amazing Nutribullet! I really don't think you will regret it!
